When contacting us by e-mail, please include your name, phone number and/or snail-mail address in case we have difficulty replying to your e-mail address.
We normally respond to emails and orders the same day so if you don't get a reply within 48 hours it is likely that your mail (or our reply) has been deleted or lost in cyberspace, so please phone us.

Prices:


Prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to change (upwards or downwards) without notice. Overseas customers should check current exchange rates

VAT:
 

We are not VAT registered so are unable to supply VAT invoices or deduct VAT from export orders.

Discount:










10% discount will be allowed for goods orders totaling £250.00 or over*
Customers ordering
off-line will receive the discount immediately. 
Customers ordering
on-line will receive the discount in the form of a refund via PayPal as soon as the order has been processed. 

*Exceptions:
No discount will be allowed for the purchase of items priced "nett" (eg. Special Offers, Books, Boots, Gift Vouchers and certain bulky items such as luggage).
However, where a "nett" item forms part of a £250.00 goods order, all goods not priced "nett" will still attract 10% discount.

Availability:





The majority of items are available for immediate despatch at the prices listed. However, all goods are offered "subject to availability". If your order includes an item which is not currently available, we will advise you accordingly and offer you the opportunity of canceling or modifying your order. If you place an on-line order for goods that are not currently available you will be offered an immediate refund.
Please also 
check our scheduled holiday dates as we cannot despatch orders while overseas.

The transaction will be processed securely by PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, the transaction will take a few seconds.

If you do not have a PayPal account, it will take a few minutes to set one up, alternatively you can now pay instantly through PayPal by credit or debit card without opening an account.

PayPal will only inform us of your name, address, e-mail address (and phone number if you wish) so that we can contact you regarding your order.
Under no circumstances will your credit card or bank details be passed on to us by PayPal

If you are unable to complete the transaction with PayPal, or if you would prefer to discuss your order with an experienced angler before making payment, please see our off-line payment options below.

If ordering on-line for delivery outside the UK please provide a PayPal "confirmed" address at checkout or the order may be cancelled and payment refunded. Preferably ask us about shipping costs before completing payment, otherwise please expect an invoice for additional shipping costs. Export details.

We offer the following off-line payment options:-

Cards: We accept payment by most credit or debit cards over the 'phone. Acceptable cards include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, Electron, JCB & Style.

Cash payments are welcome but please note that cash sent by post is at your risk and should be sent insured by Special Delivery.

Personal Cheques are welcome but they must be in Pounds Sterling (GBP), payable to "Bonefish Adventure Limited", and unless you are a regular customer, you should allow an extra 4 business days for delivery.

Bank Drafts, Building Society Cheques, Money Orders & Postal Orders must be in Pounds Sterling (GBP), payable to "Bonefish Adventure Limited" and crossed "Account Payee".

BACS (UK electronic bank transfers) are welcome, details on request.

International Shipping:




















Our on-line ordering applies flat-rate delivery charges to UK destinations only, so all additional shipping costs must be paid before export orders can be processed.

Most export orders are shipped out next business day after payment received.

On-line orders will normally only be shipped to your PayPal "confirmed" address.

When we receive an on-line order for delivery outside the UK we re-calculate the shipping costs and send a request for the additional amount. To pay the requested amount please click here, add the requested amount to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout in the normal way. If you fail to pay the requested amount within 48 hours we will cancel the order and refund your original payment in full.
Once any additional shipping costs have been paid the order will normally be air-mailed via "Airsure" or "International Signed For" within 24 hours but please note that delivery times vary greatly and depend on Customs, security and transport issues in your country.
Please remember most goods sent to countries outside the EU will be liable for Customs Duty. For more information about Customs Duty please contact your Customs Office.
We will not be held liable for the delay or loss of goods detained in, or confiscated by Customs. Our liability for goods returned to us undelivered, or if you refuse to pay Customs duty, will be restricted to the value of goods received by us undamaged, less any costs incurred by us.

7 Days Free Approval:




If within seven days of receipt you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased from this website, you may return it for a full refund (excluding carriage charges and any import duty or taxes incurred by either party) providing it is received by us unused and undamaged in original packaging.
Please notify us in advance if you intend to return any item.

All holiday bookings are made and accepted subject to our
Booking Terms & Conditions.
Please note that a non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the booking.
The balance will be due no later than 12 weeks prior to departure.
If booking
less than 12 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday, the full holiday price will be payable immediately.
Payment must be made in Pounds Stirling (GBPounds) preferably by Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer BACS or Bonefish Adventure Gift Vouchers.
We also accept International Bank Transfers by CHAPS providing all costs are born by the sender.
Until paid in full, holiday prices may be subject to surcharges of up to 15% being made towards increased costs beyond our control.
Cheques or Bank Drafts should be made payable to "Bonefish Adventure Limited".
Any cash sent by post is the responsibility of the sender and should therefore be insured.
