Please check the dates of our Holidays as we cannot respond to orders or emails while bonefishing!
We normally respond to emails and orders the same day so if you don't get a reply within 48 hours it is likely that your mail (or our reply) has been deleted or lost in cyberspace, so please phone.

Prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to change (upwards or downwards) without notice. Overseas customers can check current exchange rates here

VAT:

 

We are not VAT registered so are unable to supply VAT invoices or deduct VAT from export orders.
 

Discount:






 

10% discount will be allowed for goods orders totalling £250.00 or over*
Customers ordering on-line will receive the discount in the form of a refund via PayPal after the order has been processed. 
*Exceptions:
No discount will be allowed for the purchase of items priced "nett" (eg. Books, Boots, Special Offers and Gift Vouchers). However, where a nett item forms part of a £250.00 order, all goods not priced "nett" will still attract 10% discount.

Weights, measures & descriptions stated are approximate and are for guidance only.
 

Availability:

The majority of items are available for immediate despatch at the prices listed. However, all goods are offered "subject to availability". If your order includes an item which is not currently available, we will advise you accordingly and offer you the opportunity of cancelling or modifying your order. If you place an on-line order for goods that are not currently available you will be offered an immediate refund.
Please check the dates of our Holidays as we cannot process orders while bonefishing!

When satisfied with your order, click "Checkout with PayPal" on the "Shopping Cart" page.

The transaction will be processed securely by PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, the transaction will take a few seconds.

If you do not have a PayPal account, it will take a few minutes to set one up, alternatively you can now pay instantly through PayPal by credit or debit card without opening an account.

PayPal will only inform us of your name, address, e-mail address (and phone number if you wish) so that we can contact you regarding your order. Under no circumstances will your credit card or bank details be passed on to us by PayPal

If you are unable to complete the transaction with PayPal, or if you would prefer to discuss your order with an experienced angler before making payment, please see our off-line payment options below.

Customers outside the UK should ask us about shipping costs before completing payment, and overseas orders will only be shipped to your "confirmed" PayPal address.

Off-line Ordering:

Ideal if you need to check availability, discuss your order, or simply don't like ordering on-line! we are happy to discuss your requirements 9.00am-7.00pm weekdays or 9.00am-1.00pm Saturdays on our dedicated order line 0845 158 6441 or 0844 414 2663, and offer the following payment options:-

Cards: We accept payment by most credit or debit cards over the 'phone. Acceptable cards include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, Electron, JCB & Style.

Cash payments are welcome but please note that cash sent by post is at your risk and should be sent insured by Special Delivery.

Personal Cheques are welcome but they must be in Pounds Sterling (GBP), payable to "Bonefish Adventure Limited", and unless you are a regular customer, you should allow an extra 4 business days for delivery.

Bank Drafts, Building Society Cheques, Money Orders & Postal Orders must be in Pounds Sterling (GBP), payable to "Bonefish Adventure Limited" and crossed "Account Payee".

CHAPS and Wire Transfer payments are accepted for substantial orders, details on request.

Delivery within the UK:

**Except orders which include bulky items for delivery to the Highlands or Islands - these orders may take longer to deliver and/or attract extra delivery charges.

Shipping (overseas):

Delivery charges for orders to overseas addresses should be agreed and paid before the order is processed, and on-line orders will only be shipped to your "confirmed" PayPal address.

Overseas orders are normally air-mailed via "Airsure" or "International Signed For".
Please remember that goods sent to countries outside the EU may be liable for Customs Duty. For more information about Duty please contact your Customs Office.
We will not be held liable for the delay or loss of goods detained in, or confiscated by Customs. Liability for goods returned to us undelivered, or if you refuse to pay Customs duty, will be restricted to the value of goods received by us undamaged, less any costs incurred by us.
 

7 days free approval:

If within seven days of receipt you are not entirely satisfied with any item of equipment purchased, you may return it for a full refund (excluding carriage charges and any import duty or taxes incurred by either party) providing it is received by us unused and undamaged in original packaging. You must notify us if you intend to return any item. 
 

Holiday Bookings:

All holiday bookings are made and accepted subject to our Booking Terms & Conditions.
Please note that a non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the booking.
The balance will be due no later than 12 weeks prior to departure.
If booking less than 12 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday, the full holiday price will be payable immediately.
Payment must be made in Pounds Stirling (GBPounds). 
Cheques should be in Pounds Sterling made payable to "Bonefish Adventure Limited".
Any cash sent by post is the responsibility of the sender and should be insured.
Clients wishing to pay for holidays by credit card or debit card should request a PayPal invoice. However, we regret that holidays paid through PayPal will attract an additional charge to offset fees.
Overseas clients may pay for holidays by Bank Draft, BACS or Wire Transfer at no extra charge.
Bonefish Adventure Gift Vouchers are also welcome in payment or part payment for holidays.
