ELEUTHERA, BAHAMAS, SPRING 2004

This Spring, BfG hosted just 2 anglers: Peter "Doc" Goodwin and Chris Bradford for 14 days commencing March 27. Both Doc and Chris had bone-fished with BfG on Eleuthera many times before. Being aware that there were other anglers on the island, they planned their campaign carefully and for the most part avoided the more popular locations. You will see from the results that their planning and knowledge of the way the winds and tides affect the various locations paid off...

For those who are interested in statistics:

Each angler caught bonefish most days, all on fly, total: 80 averaging nearly 3lb - larger than usual, mainly because after the first day they avoided the big schools of fish, preferring instead to target the larger fish.

Doc caught 20, Chris: 38 and BfG: 22.

Doc caught the heaviest: 9lb - a new Bonefish Adventure record!

BfG caught the most bones in one day: 10.
